We provide a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that offers cryptographic solutions for managing sensitive personal data in the professional services sector (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you ("User" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Our Services enable Users to securely request, receive, store, share, and manage sensitive personal data using advanced cryptographic methods. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data security and privacy.
3. User Responsibilities
Account Registration: Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep their account information up to date.
Compliance: Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws. Users must ensure they have obtained any necessary consents from individuals whose personal data they store, share, or manage through the Services, in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Prohibited Activities: Users shall not engage in activities that compromise the security or integrity of the Services, such as attempting unauthorised access, transmitting malicious software, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to change our fees upon reasonable notice. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. 7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Services if they violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Services or other Users. Users may terminate their account at any time by following the procedures outlined in their account settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WatchLabs Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the Services in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorised access to User data resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to cyberattacks, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
9. Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify Users of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
